Abdullahi Alhaji Bala is a seasoned finance professional and Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and corporate finance. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Second Class Upper) from Adamawa State University.
With over a decade of progressive experience across telecommunications, manufacturing, logistics, and consulting sectors, Abdullahi has developed strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination. He has held senior finance roles including Principal Accountant and Group Head of Reporting and Accounts, where he was responsible for preparing comprehensive financial statements, managing multi-company portfolios, and providing strategic financial insights to executive leadership.
Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he oversees the financial operations of multiple companies, including financial planning and analysis, statutory compliance, internal and external audits, and performance reporting. He plays a key role in driving financial growth, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all entities.
Abdullahi is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Treasury Management, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and continuous development.
